How to work with me:

Welcome! 😊

I am Molly Lee, a Holistic Health and Nutrition Coach with over 20 years of experience. It’s wonderful to meet you!.

Trained in Wing Chun Kung fu, Brazilian Capoeira, Tai Chi and Qi gong, I also teach martial arts in beautiful Vancouver, BC.

Like so many others, my passion for helping people thrive to their fullest potential and lead happier, healthier lives began with my own healing journey.

The desire to resolve and heal physical ailments and unhealthy habits led me to learn how to achieve true health, in a sustainable way without having to follow the latest health trends or fad diets.

“Molly is an excellent communicator. She has a genuine passion and interest in making you feel better by making sure you’re eating the right foods for your body type. I would HIGHLY recommend her services.”

–Mike V.
President, Billboard Magazine

  • “I’m more in tune with what my own body needs. My weight has remained consistent and I cook at least twice a week as opposed to never!”

    –Tammy C.
Holistic Nutrition Coach & Author of The Nourished Belly Diet

“I generally have more energy and feel more awake and alive. I have also broken many addictions- to diet soda. I eat and crave less sugar. I generally feel more self-reliant, positive, and aware of my power to make changes in my life.

Molly was always supportive and I left feeling grounded and confident of the choices I made in my life. I appreciated the nutritional counseling, especially since I didn’t know ways I could improve my diet. I always thought I ate perfectly and that I was just a tired person, always. That has changed because I have more steady energy throughout my days.

Molly is extremely positive, encouraging, and patient. She is understanding and grounded. I appreciate her so much in my life and I feel so much stronger since we have been working together. Thank you, Molly!”

    –Anna H.
    Psychotherapist & Yoga Teacher

“Molly is extremely positive and supportive and has lots of knowledge to share. She is very open and understanding and I feel comfortable telling her how I’m doing with food and other more personal aspects of my life. I’ve lost weight, have more energy, and am cooking at least 50% of my meals and choosing healthier foods. Overall, I am just more confident in my life!”

    –Nicole R.
    Publishing Executive

“I’m a lot more aware of my mind and body and how it feels. I’ve made a deeper commitment to healthy, balanced eating. I’ve also become more proactive about things I want to change or do in my life.

I’m cooking tons more and I’ve been introduced to some very exciting healthy grains and veggies that I know will now be a part of my diet. By eating more greens and less sugar, caffeinated beverages, unhealthy fats, and processed food, I have more energy and feel cleaner. Molly is an extremely supportive health counselor. She genuinely cares about the well-being of her clients and is a careful listener. From my sessions with her, she helps you pin-point areas for growth and then she supports you as you run with those areas.”

My journey began with martial arts and transformed through nutrition

Although I was an athlete and martial artist for most of my life, growing up I experienced health problems including chronic sinus problems, low energy, headaches, severe PMS, mood swings, skin issues and regular break-outs.

My life completely changed once I began my own journey of healing with whole, natural foods. I soon discovered that certain foods in my diet were actually the cause of my chronic health problems.
