Everyone is different, so we provide lots of care and attention to your unique needs as an individual.
Respecting this fact, we do not take a quick-fix, unrealistic, or restrictive approach to getting healthy. We focus on finding a way that works for you so you can make real, lasting change happen, step-by-step. What will feed you in the best way will vary depending on who you are. For example - whether you are a bachelor, single mom or yoga teacher, your needs are going to be different. Your activity level, ancestral background, blood type and the amount of hours you work are all factors which will effect what kinds of foods will nourish you in the best way. As you change, the foods you require will also change.
At Energizing Nutrition, we like to keep it simple.
Working together, we start with adding whole, fresh foods into your diet, instead of taking anything away or putting you on a restrictive meal plan. Almost immediately and effortlessly, you will start to feel increased energy, reduced cravings for “not so healthy foods.” Most importantly, you will see your health concerns start to alleviate, and begin experiencing physical improvements such as reaching your healthy weight, improved metabolism, increased confidence, revitalized senses, better moods and an overall heightened sense of well-being.
Lastly, healthy eating does not mean taking the pleasure out of food.
