The simple answer is: there is no one right way of eating that works for everyone.  True health is developed through learning to eat in a way that works for you as a unique individual, based on your bio-individuality and genetic makeup (blood type, body type, ancestry, age, etc).  Through this understanding, it is possible to achieve real, sustainable health and a positive relationship with food without dieting or deprivation.
